There shall be no telephone, telegraph, electric light, or other light or power poles or posts in or upon Lighthouse Avenue from its intersection with the westerly line of Nineteenth Street to the easterly line of Fountain Avenue, but nothing herein shall apply to the street lighting system of the city for said street.
