There is hereby authorized and directed to be established an account in a depository authorized as such for this City, to be known as the City of Mountlake Terrace Violations Bureau Account. Into said account shall be deposited all receipts of the Violations Bureau of the City of Mountlake Terrace as the same may be received.

All fines, forfeitures of bail, and applicable driver's education assessments shall be held in said account by the Clerk of the Violations Bureau. Remittance of bail forfeitures and applicable driver's education assessments shall be made to the City Treasurer on a monthly basis. Remittance bail posted and applicable driver's education assessments shall be made to the Clerk of the District Court in a manner as prescribed by the District Court.
