It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to store or display any merchandise for sale between the street or curb line of any property and the parallel front or side setback line as prescribed by the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Mountlake Terrace.

Any violation of this chapter shall be deemed a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $300.00 or by imprisonment not to exceed 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
