There is hereby authorized to be paid to any person who furnishes to the City of Mountlake Terrace information leading to the judicial identification or conviction of any person who has willfully or maliciously damaged, injured, destroyed or removed without proper authority municipal property in violation of ordinances of the City of Mountlake Terrace, a reward in the amount of $100.00.

The reward shall be payable in the sole discretion of the City Manager to any one or more persons for information with respect to a single occurrence as hereinabove described, except that rewards shall not be payable to any law enforcement officer.
