It shall be unlawful for any person to propel or ride a skateboard on the landscaping, walks, driveways, or parking areas of the City of Mountlake Terrace Civic Center, Public Library, or Recreational Pavilion.

A "skateboard" is any device utilizing a platform supported by two or more wheels designed to be ridden upon by human beings.
