A source of fluoridation approved by the State Department of Health shall be added to the water supply of the City of Mountlake Terrace, in an amount approved by the Washington State Board of Health, such addition to be administered in a manner approved by the State Department of Health and the Director of Public Health and in accordance with the laws of the state of Washington.

Said fluoridation of the water supply of Mountlake Terrace shall be commenced as soon as is practicable after the final passage and publication of the ordinance codified in this chapter.
