The meeting place of the town council of the town of Winthrop, Washington, shall be in the back meeting room of the Winthrop Auditorium situated at 51 SR 20 in said town.

The regular meetings of the town council shall be held on the first and third Wednesday of each month, unless such day is a legal holiday. In the months of November through March, the regular meetings of the town council shall commence at the hour of six p.m., local time. In the months of April through October, the regular meetings of the town council shall commence at the hour of seven p.m., local time.

Special meetings of the town council may be called from time to time in accordance with the laws of the state of Washington relating to the calling of special meetings of municipal corporations.
