Horses, mules, donkeys and llamas shall be allowed to be kept and maintained in the corporate limits; provided, that the numbers of horses, mules, donkeys or llamas kept by any person shall not exceed one horse, mule, donkey or llama for each one acre of pasture owned by or in the use of that person and surrounded by a lawful fence.
means a fence considered lawful under the statutes of the state of Washington, Chapter 16.60 RCW; and the definition of lawful fence set forth in RCW 16.60.010 is incorporated herein and by this reference thereto made a part hereof the same as if herein set forth in full.
Violation of this section shall constitute a civil infraction, punishable by a civil fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per offense.

Any animal, otherwise permitted under this chapter, which constitutes a nuisance as determined by the town council because of noise, odor, running at large, marauding or chasing people or animals shall be prohibited.

Any violation of this chapter shall be deemed to be a civil violation for which a penalty or assessment in an amount not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) shall be imposed or levied.
