Any streets, alleys, easements, blocks, lots or public sites, open spaces and environmental avoidance/enhancement or mitigation measures within any proposed plat shall be designed in accordance with the minimum design standards set forth by the town. Any proposed deviation from the following standards shall be requested and reviewed concurrently with the short subdivision or subdivision application in accordance with Chapter 16.36, Variances, and the street design and construction standards ordinance.
