A. 
The operation of vehicles of any kind measuring in excess of 30 feet in length is prohibited on all streets and highways in the Village of Port Chester except for those specified in Schedule XXV (§ 319-86). For purposes hereof, a tractor-trailer and/or truck and trailer shall be deemed one vehicle.
B. 
The regulations established in this section shall not be construed to prevent the delivery or pickup of merchandise or other property along the streets or highways from which such vehicles and combinations are otherwise excluded, provided that such vehicles while loading or unloading shall be parked parallel to the curblines of the street or highway.
C. 
This section shall not apply to the operation of vehicles, based in Port Chester, traveling on the street or highway on which they are based, to or from a street or highway specified in Schedule XXV (§ 319-86).
