A. 
The West Whiteland Fire Company is authorized to assess user fees for the provision of personnel, equipment, and supplies in response to:
(1) 
Motor vehicle accidents;
(2) 
Commercial building fires; and
(3) 
Other incidents occurring on Township roadways.
B. 
Fees shall reflect usual, customary, and reasonable (UCR) charges, as specified in the annual Township Fee Schedule.[1]

Fees shall be submitted to the appropriate insurance carrier as part of the claim related to vehicle damage, personal injury, or property damage. In incidents involving utility-related hazards that create unsafe conditions, the responsible utility company may be billed. The responsible party's insurer shall be the primary recipient of the claim.
The West Whiteland Fire Company is authorized to establish and update administrative procedures, consistent with this chapter, to manage the billing and collection of fees.
All funds collected as a result of this chapter shall be directed to a dedicated account managed by the West Whiteland Fire Company. These funds shall be used solely for equipment, training, personnel, and operational support of the Fire Company.
