Code Reviser’s note: Section 17 of Ord. 24720 provided: The Contract Compliance functions and the Affirmative Action functions now being performed by the Human Rights Department may be transferred to such other departments as the City Manager directs. This Section 17 shall be effective and operative 10 days after publication of this adopted ordinance.
