A. 
No person shall create, maintain or permit a public nuisance as defined in Chapter 16.10 and enumerated in Chapter 16.40.
B. 
No person shall create, maintain, permit or assist any violation of this title, or fail to perform any act or duty required by this title.
C. 
No person shall interfere or attempt to interfere with a town official investigating or abating a violation of this title.
D. 
No person shall knowingly make a false statement or knowingly mislead a town official investigating or abating a violation of this title.

Each day any violation of any provision of this title or the failure to perform any act or duty required by this title continues shall constitute a separate offense upon being cited.
