The intent of these regulations is to encourage development of well-planned manufactured home parks that offer spaces for rent, sale or lease, and to provide adequate regulations to preserve the residential character of the development and to prohibit incompatible land uses. All parks must also comply with the applicable subdivision regulations outlined in Title 17.
