The intent of this regulation is to encourage development of well-planned recreational vehicle parks for short-term occupancy, as opposed to semi-permanent or permanent occupancy in a manufactured home park, and to provide minimum standards for these parks. All parks must also comply with the subdivision regulations outlined in Title 17.
