The provisions of this title shall apply to the waters of Browns Lake and Bohners Lake, lying wholly within the boundaries of the town. The provisions of this chapter shall be enforced by the officers of the water safety patrol and police of the town.

An exemption from any provision of this chapter except Section 11.04.030 adopting State statutes 30.50 through 30.99 inclusive, may be authorized by the town board. Application for exemption shall be made in writing to the town board, setting forth the nature of the proposed activity, participants, dates, times and any other pertinent details that the town board may require.

The chief of police is authorized and directed to place and maintain suitable markers, navigation aids and signs in such water areas as shall be appropriate to advise the public of the provisions of this chapter and to post and maintain a copy of this chapter at all public access points within the jurisdiction of the town.

A. 
Any person violating any provisions of Section 11.04.030 shall upon conviction, be subject to a forfeiture as prescribed within Wis. Stats. Section 30.80(1) through (6).
B. 
Any person violating any provisions of Section 11.04.030 through Chapter 11.16 (local ordinance boating and water safety laws) shall upon conviction, be subject to a forfeiture as prescribed below.
1. 
Any person violating any provision of Section 11.04.030 through Chapter 11.16 upon conviction shall forfeit not more than three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00) for the first offense and not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) upon conviction of the sane offense a second or subsequent time within one year.
