A. 
Browns Lake. Swim areas are established on Browns Lake and the responsibility for placement and maintenance of the swim area buoys lies with the following:
1. 
Cedar Park Corporation. The swim area of the Cedar Park Corporation shall consist of the surface water of Browns Lake located in Cedar Park Estates Unit 1. More particularly described as:
Beginning at a point on the waters edge located on the north property line of lot No. 100 of Cedar Park Estates extending lake-ward along a projection of such property line a distance of 250’; extending northerly from the same point of beginning a distance of 175’ along the shore and thence perpendicular to the shore a distance of 275’.
2. 
Halls Point Property Owners Association. The swim area of the Halls Point Property Owners Association shall consist of the surface water of Browns Lake located in the Halls Point Villa Subdivision. More particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the waters edge located on the south property line of lot No. 1 of Halls Point Villa extending lakeward along a projection of such property line a distance of 100’; extending southerly from the same point of beginning a distance of 130’ along the shore and thence perpendicular to the shore a distance of 100’.
3. 
Fairfield Subdivision Improvement Association Incorporated. The swim area of the Fairfield Subdivision Improvement Association shall consist of the surface water of Browns Lake located in Fairfield Subdivision. More particularly described as:
Beginning at a point on the waters edge located on the eastern property line of the S. 1/2 of the N.E. 1/4 as recorded in Vol. 317, page 557 of Fairfield Subdivision extending lakeward along a projection of said property line a distance of 250’; extending easterly from the same point of beginning a distance of 150’ along the shore and thence perpendicular to the shore a distance of 250’.
B. 
Bohners Lake. Swim areas are established on Bohners Lake and the responsibility for maintenance and placement of the swim area buoys lies with the following:
1. 
White Oak Park. The swim area of White Oak Park; commonly referred to as the town beach, shall consist of the surface water of Bohners Lake located in the White Oak Park Subdivision. More particularly described as:
Beginning at a point on the waters edge located on the western property line of lot No. 1, Block 4 of the White Oak Park Subdivision extending lakeward along a projection of said property line a distance of 100’; extending westerly from the same point of beginning a distance of 180’ along the shore and thence perpendicular to the shore a distance of 100’.
2. 
Oakwood Hills Property Owners Association. The swim area of the Oakwood Hills Property Owners Association shall consist of the surface water of Bohners Lake located in the Oakwood Hills Subdivision. More particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the waters edge located on the southern property line of lot No. 14, Block 11 of such subdivision, extending lakeward along a projection of such property line a distance of 100’; extending southerly from the same point of beginning a distance of 100’ along the shore and thence perpendicular to the shore a distance of 100’.
3. 
Oakwood Hills Civic Association, Inc. The swim area of the Oakwood Hills Civic Association, Inc., shall consist of the surface water of Bohners Lake located in the Oakwood Hills Second addition subdivision. More particularly described as:
Beginning at a point on the waters edge located on the western property line of Lot 8, Block 2 of such subdivision, extending lakeward along a projection of such property line a distance of 200’; extending westerly from the same point of beginning a distance of 100’ along the shore and thence perpendicular to the shore a distance of 200’.
