All fees and other revenue collected by any officer of the County shall be recorded and paid over the County Treasurer, for deposit in the County corporate fund, on a weekly basis. The County Treasurer shall deposit all fees and revenues in an appropriate financial institution on a daily basis.

The County Clerk shall make accounting monthly to the County Board of all special funds maintained by him in the discharge of his duties.
(A)
All funds collected by the County Clerk shall be supported by pre-numbered receipts. All receipts shall be accounted for as either deposited, voided or not used.
(B)
The County Clerk shall make accounting monthly to the County Board of all funds collected and all receipts issued.
(C)
The County Clerk shall make accounting monthly to the County Board of the number of copies made for individuals, organizations and corporations, including the amounts billed, amounts collected and amounts outstanding.

There is hereby established a salary of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) per day plus mileage at the federal rate for petit and grand jurors in Monroe County.

The County Treasurer may issue credit cards to elected and appointed County officials. Credit cards can only be used to purchase goods or services related to County business. No credit card shall have a credit limit greater than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00). The County Treasurer is responsible for collecting payment receipts for purchases made using a credit card. A payment receipt must include the date of purchase, name of the vendor, description of the goods or services purchased, and signature approval by the elected or appointed County official. The County Treasurer shall reconcile the credit card statement monthly and all purchases made using a credit card shall be included in the monthly claims report presented to the County Board for approval.
