A fee of Thirty Dollars ($30.00) shall be added to all fines imposed for violation of 625 ILCS 5/11-501 (Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol), of the Illinois Vehicle Code, and committed in Monroe County, Illinois. Such fee shall be used to finance the court system in Monroe County.
