That certain document entitled Ordinance 1348 adopted by the Solano County board of supervisors to regulate the construction, reconstruction, destruction and inactivation of water, cathodic protection, and monitoring wells is adopted by the city incorporated in this chapter as though set forth in full and is made a part of this chapter except for the additions, revisions and omissions as set forth below. A copy of said county ordinance is on file in the office of the city clerk and in the office of the public works director of the city. The city authorizes the Solano County Department of Environmental Management: Division of Environmental Health, or any successor agency to undertake the inspections and other activities encompassed within said ordinance and to enforce the provisions of the ordinance codified in this chapter within the corporate limits of the city.
