It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to violate any of the provisions of this title dealing with building regulations as adopted. Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any provision of this title shall be punished by a fine of not more than $300.00.

The building official and his authorized agents shall have the powers and duties prescribed by this title and all chapters.
