The words "malt liquor" and/or "vinous liquors," wherever used in this chapter, shall be taken to mean and include vinous and malt liquors containing not less than one-half of one percent by volume and not more than three and two-tenths percent by weight, of alcohol, and only such as are construed and held to be nonintoxicating under the laws of the United States.
"Beverage liquor" be and hereby is defined to mean any malt liquor or mixture or combination thereof with any other substance or liquid, or any vinous liquor or mixture or combination thereof with any other substance or liquid, containing alcohol within the above prescribed limits.
The word "person" wherever used in this chapter shall be taken to mean and include natural persons of either sex, persons, co-partnerships, associations or corporations, and the singular number shall include the plural and the masculine pronoun shall include the feminine.
