The following sections of the Revised Code of Washington, as presently constituted or hereinafter amended, are adopted by reference as the code of the City of Everson:
Terms defined.
Possession by offenders.
Carrying firearms.
Exceptions to restrictions on carrying firearms.
Alteration of identifying marks – Exceptions.
Unlawful firearms – Exceptions.
Unlawful firearms and parts contraband.
Aiming or discharging firearms, dangerous weapons.
Possession of pistol by person from 18 to 21.
Dangerous weapons – Penalty.
Dangerous exhibitions.
Weapons apparently capable of producing bodily harm – Unlawful carrying or handling – Penalty – Exceptions.
Possessing dangerous weapons on school facilities – Penalty – Exceptions.
Penalty.

No person within the limits of the City of Everson shall use or attempt to use, or discharge or attempt to discharge, any shotgun, rifle, revolver, pistol, firearm, air gun, or any other instrument or contrivance commonly known as a slingshot; provided, that the provisions of this chapter shall not be deemed to apply to trap shooting by any regularly organized gun club, which shall have first obtained a written permit to shoot from the City Council. Violation of this section is a simple misdemeanor.
