City of Norco, CA Chapter 3.28 CITATION COLLECTION BY CITY

§ 3.28.010 Intent and Purpose.

It is the intent of the City Council that various fines issued for, but not limited to:

Leash Law Violations

Loose Livestock

Parking in Horse Trails (See Chapter 3.09)

Excessive Manure

Excessive Animal Units

Illegal Kennels

may be paid directly to the City of Norco.

§ 3.28.020 Citations Issued and Collection Thereof. [1]

1. Officers designated by the City Manager shall be given authority to issue citations for those offenses listed in Section 3.28.010.

2. Citation fines for the above may be paid to the City of Norco, at a cost established by Resolution.

3. At the end of two weeks, if the fine has not been paid to the City, the citation will be forwarded to the Riverside County Municipal Court for collection.
