Voluntary Ranch License shall provide an emergency source of information for the protection of and provision of veterinarian services to resident's animals in the event of an emergency involving resident's animals in the event of the owner's absence.
Application for the Voluntary Ranch License may be procured by City of Norco residents on a voluntary basis and shall contain the following information:
1. 
Name, address, telephone number of the applicant.
2. 
Types of animals located on applicant's property.
3. 
Large and small animal veterinarian name and telephone number.
4. 
Emergency contact number(s).
5. 
Special instructions.
6. 
Applicant's signature authorizing Animal Control entry to property and/or veterinarian care in the event of resident's absence and relinquishment of City or veterinarian liability in the event of entry to property.
7. 
Application will be license number corresponding to license plate. Voluntary Ranch License application will be maintained on file with Animal Control.
