The following uses, and uses determined to be similar, shall generally be permitted in the General and Service Commercial (C-2) Zoning District when conducted within a building, with the exception of vehicle sales and rental lots:

Automobile, boat, recreational vehicle and truck sales and related service, new and used.
Bakery, donut, and ice cream shops.

Bars, taverns, nightclubs, and cocktail lounges.
Bicycle sales and service.
Book, card, and stationery stores.
Bowling alleys and skating rinks.
Business and professional offices.
Camera shops.
Car and truck rentals.
Card, pool and billiard rooms and arcades.
Clothing and apparel stores.
Convenience food stores and markets, without a gasoline filling station.
Delicatessens.
Drugstores.
Dry cleaners and laundries.
Electronic or mechanical game centers.
Equipment and party rental, indoor only.
Florist shops.
Gift and novelty stores.
Glass, hardware, paint, plumbing, wallpaper, heating, and electrical stores.
Hotels and motels.
Jewelry, watch, and clock sales and related servicing.
