Note: Chapter 3.09 was amended by Res. 09-A-128, 12/8/2009, to ensure timely notice to the Tribe that would require the Tribe to take actions on enforcement of judgments, to clarify exemptions from enforcement of judgments, to authorize the Tribal Court to inquire into the propriety of credit terms to ensure tribal predatory lending did not occur, and to avoid self help repossessions.
