The sovereign immunity of the Port Gamble S’Klallam Indian Tribe is in no manner waived by this title. The employees and appointees of the Port Gamble S’Klallam Indian Tribe, the members of the Port Gamble S’Klallam Tribal Council, and the personnel of the Port Gamble S’Klallam Community Court are cloaked with the sovereign immunity of the Port Gamble S’Klallam Indian Tribe. No person named above shall be liable for his or her actions or failure to act under this title.

If any provision of this title or its application to any person or circumstance is held to be invalid, the remainder of the title shall not be affected.
