In event that any provision of this Code shall be found or declared to be invalid, the remaining provisions of this Code shall be unaffected thereby, and shall remain in full force and effect.

(a) 
Nothing herein shall be construed as waiving or abrogating the sovereign immunity of the Tribe, its officials, employees, or agents from unconsented suit in any federal, state or tribal court.
(b) 
Notwithstanding any other provision contained in this Code, a limited liability company shall have the power to consent, on behalf of such limited liability company only, to being sued in courts or to have claims against it resolved through arbitration.
(c) 
Notwithstanding any other provision contained in this Code, a limited liability company may not dispose of, mortgage, or otherwise encumber real or personal property of the Tribe, except that such limited liability company may grant a leasehold mortgage or other security interest in such limited liability company’s leasehold interest in any lease of real or personal property of the Tribe to such limited liability company.
