City of Prosser, WA Chapter 3.48 PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION FUND

§ 3.48.010 Established—Deposits.

There is established in the budgets of the city a public transportation fund, into which shall be credited all special motor vehicle excise taxes levied and collected under the Public Transportation Act of the state of Washington, RCW 35.58.

§ 3.48.020 Continuance of rural highway public transportation demonstration program fund.

The public transportation fund shall be in addition to a rural highway public transportation demonstration program fund which shall be continued in the budgets of the city of Prosser, as originally established by Ordinance 1018, passed December 1, 1976.
