It is unlawful for any person to drive, propel, draw, move, convey or transport or cause to be driven, propelled, drawn, moved or transported over, upon, along or across any public street or highway within the corporate limits of the city, any vehicle or object which with or without its load shall be of such weight or shall have any wheel or tire so made, constructed, formed or shaped or so equipped with spikes, cleats, lugs or other attachments or projections as to destroy or permanently injure such street, road or highway or the surface, foundation or other part thereof.

It is unlawful for any person to cause or permit to be strewn upon the paved streets of the city any gravel, crushed rock or other material which shall be injurious to the paving or interfere with traffic upon the paving.

Any person violating any provisions of this chapter shall upon conviction thereof be punishable as set forth in Section 1.28.010.
