The purpose of this chapter is to establish an alternate high density residential zoning district for the mixed use of manufactured homes and single-family dwellings on platted, single-family lots. No property may be zoned RMS unless such property is designated as high density residential on the city's land use map contained in the city's most recently adopted comprehensive plan.
