A.
Each person holding a valid massage parlor license issued under the former provisions of Chapter 7.54 of Title 7 of the Los Angeles County Code as of the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter will have until one (1) year from the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter to comply with the requirements of Section 5.08.060 as provided in this chapter.
B.
Each person holding a valid massage technician license under the former provisions of Chapter 7.54 of Title 7 of the Los Angeles County Code as of the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter will have until one (1) year from the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter to comply with the requirements of Section 5.08.200 as provided in this chapter.
