Duties of the Community Board shall include the following:
(1) 
Advise the City Council on engaging the community on the implementation of the current City General Plan with a focus on:
(a) 
Community services (library, museum, public safety, code enforcement);
(b) 
Community identity;
(c) 
Economic development;
(d) 
Environment;
(2) 
Advise the City Council and Planning Commission on future strategic visions and goals; and
(3) 
Perform any other duties deemed appropriate and assigned by the Mayor.
