This Section applies to the retail commercial manufacturing use within the RRC Zone.

(1) 
When the retail commercial manufacturing use is the same main use on a lot, the following uses are permitted accessory uses on the same lot and may cover a percentage of the lot area as follows:
(a) 
Up to seventy percent (70%) of the lot area for storage of retail products stored as part of the retail commercial manufacturing use; and
(b) 
Up to fifteen percent (15%) of the lot area for office building(s) associated with the retail commercial manufacturing use.
(2) 
The property owner of a lot with a retail commercial manufacturing use on it shall meet all RRC land use regulations in this Title and Title 14, with the following exceptions:
(a) 
Landscaping shall meet landscaping requirements of what is in this Title's land use regulations, unless an approved development agreement includes more strict landscaping requirements.
(b) 
The length of any street with a cul-de-sac on it extending to the property owner's lot may extend up to five hundred feet (500').
