(A) 
No person, firm or corporation shall display or permit to be displayed any goods, wares or merchandise upon any sidewalk, street or alley within the city, or offer the same for sale thereon.
(B) 
The Mayor may designate days each year when this prohibition shall not be in effect.
(C) 
Any person, firm or corporation violating the terms of this section is guilty of an offense, and upon conviction shall be fined as provided in Chapter 1.15 AMC.
