The R2 (medium density single-family residential) district is intended to be used as follows:

District areas can range from small pockets (a couple of lots) to large areas (entire neighborhoods and blocks).

Promote low-impact development in harmony with a natural setting.

Appropriate adjacent districts: PR, AG, ER, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, TR, LR, MH, UV, IS, NC, and DC.

Should use this district for the majority of new single-family residential development within the City of Angola.
