The MH (manufactured home residential) district is intended to be used as follows:
(A) 
Use Type and Intensity.
(1) 
Lease lot housing developments (manufactured and/or mobile home parks).
(2) 
Multiple primary structures on one lot.
(B) 
Application of District.
(1) 
Existing and new development.
(2) 
Zoning district is comprised of small to medium sized pockets of development.
(3) 
Primarily for areas within Angola's city limits.
(C) 
Development Standards.
(1) 
Lease lot developments require more stringent development standards to protect the quality of life of tenants and surrounding districts.
(2) 
Standards shall be in accordance with IC 16-11-27-1 et seq., Rule 410 IAC 6-6, and their subsequent amendments.
(D) 
Appropriate adjacent districts: PR, AG, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, MH, UV, IS, and NC.
(E) 
Plan Commission.
(1) 
Should use this district for existing development and with sensitivity for new residential development within the City of Angola.
