The I2 (moderate intensity industrial) district is intended to be used as follows:
(A) 
Use Type and Intensity.

Moderate intensity industrial uses.

Business parks, distribution operations, and industrial parks.

Standalone buildings or multiple primary structures on one lot.

Application of District.
(1) 
Existing and new development.
(2) 
Zoning district is comprised of small pockets of development (a couple of lots) to medium sized areas.

Should exist primarily within Angola's city limits.

Development Standards.
(1) 
Recognize the need for development standards that minimize impacts on surrounding properties while encouraging economic vitality.
(2) 
Do not require separation or buffering from uses with similar intensity.
(3) 
Require extensive buffering when adjacent to less intense uses.
(4) 
Assure there are minimal negative effects on the natural environment.
(5) 
Minimize light, noise, water, and air pollution.
