The I3 (high intensity industrial) district is intended to be used as follows:
(A) 
Use Type and Intensity.

High intensity industrial uses.

Heavy manufacturing, fabricating and processing.

Application of District.

Existing and new development.
(2) 
Zoning district is comprised of small pockets of development (a couple of lots) to medium sized areas.
(3) 
Should exist primarily within Angola's city limits.
(C) 
Development Standards.
(1) 
Recognize the need for development standards that minimize impacts on surrounding properties while encouraging economic vitality.
(2) 
Do not require separation or buffering from uses with similar intensity.
(3) 
Require extensive buffering when adjacent to less intense uses.
(4) 
Assure there are minimal negative effects on the natural environment.
(5) 
Minimize light, noise, water, and air pollution.
(D) 
Appropriate adjacent districts: PR, AG, AC, HC, I1, I2, I3, and HI.
(E) 
Plan Commission.
(1) 
Zone property I3 only after determining that the site is appropriate for any of the possible permitted uses.

Be very sensitive to environmental protection.
