The fee for each International Building Code, International Residential Code, or Washington State Energy Code permit shall be as established by the taxes, rates and fees schedule adopted by ordinance.

When submitted documents are required by NBMC § 15.02.610, a plan review fee shall be paid at the time of submitting the submittal documents for plan review. Said plan review fee shall be 65 percent of the building permit fee as shown in Table 1-A in NBMC § 15.31.010. The plan review fees specified in this section are separate fees from the permit fees and in addition to permit fees. The fees adopted herein shall be incorporated into the taxes, rates and fees schedule adopted by the city under separate ordinance and shall henceforth be amended by such separate ordinance.
