Certain portions of the 2021 Uniform Plumbing Code are adopted and incorporated by reference. Adopted portions are: Chapters 1 (Administration), 2 (Definitions), 3 (General Regulations (as modified)), 12 (Fuel Piping), and Appendix H (Private Sewage Disposal Systems).

Fees for permits issued under the UPC for islands shall be calculated as defined in SGC § 19.10.020. Separate plumbing permits and fees are not required for work authorized by a valid building permit.
