The Board of Supervisors may, by resolution adopt from time to time, establish a schedule of fees as shall be necessary to cover costs associated with Township services and the collection of Township accounts and expenditures.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of this Chapter by failing to pay the set Township fee(s) or who intentionally misrepresents the facts relating to the fees to secure a lower rate, upon conviction thereof in an action brought before a magisterial district judge in the manner provided for the enforcement of summary offenses under the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $600 plus all court costs including reasonable attorney fees incurred by the Township and to imprisonment to the extent permitted by law for the punishment of summary offenses. A separate offense shall arise for each day or portion thereof in which a violation is found to exist or for each section of the Chapter found to have been violated. The Township may also commence appropriate actions in equity, at law, or other to prevent, retrain, correct, enjoin, or abate violations of this Chapter.
