The comprehensive plan entitled, "City of Newcastle Comprehensive Plan 2004," adopted by Ordinance 2003-281, is hereby adopted as the city of Newcastle's GMA comprehensive plan.

The director of community development is directed to send a copy of the final comprehensive plan to CTED within 10 days after adoption of Ordinance 2003-281.

Pursuant to RCW 35A.12.140 and 35A.12.150, the city clerk shall authenticate and maintain a copy of the "City of Newcastle Comprehensive Plan 2004," along with Ordinance 2003-281, in the city's files.
