City of Newcastle, WA Chapter 2.50 DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN TRUST FUND

§ 2.50.010 Established.

There is established an Internal Revenue Code Section 457 deferred compensation plan trust fund for the city.

§ 2.50.020 Administration.

The city's Internal Revenue Code Section 457 deferred compensation plan shall be with ICMA Retirement Corporation and the State of Washington Deferred Compensation Plan. The administrator of the city's plan shall be the city treasurer or the treasurer's designee.
