The final plat shall be submitted in the form as required by ORS 92.080. The plat shall be drawn on a good-quality, white, cold-pressed, double-mounted drawing paper 18 inches by 24 inches, with the muslin extended three inches at one end for binding purposes. No part shall come nearer any edge of the sheet than one inch. The plat may be placed on as many sheets as necessary, but a face sheet and an index page shall be included for plats placed upon two or more sheets. Plat materials may be placed on both sides of a sheet.

The scale of the final plat shall be one inch equals 100 feet, except that the scale may be increased or decreased to fit the legal size of 18 by 24 inches. If the scale is changed, it shall be to multiples of 10 feet. In no case shall the scale be decreased to less than one inch equals 200 feet.
