A.
As used in this Section, "short-term rental" means letting or offering for let of all or a portion of a dwelling unit (as defined in Section 405.040 of this Code of Ordinances) to one (1) or more guests for a period of thirty (30) days or less.
B.
Short-term rental of residential dwelling units located in the City of Clarkson Valley is prohibited.
C.
Rental of swimming pools, yards, and sports courts at residential dwelling units located in the City of Clarkson Valley is prohibited.
