City of Enumclaw, WA Chapter 2.63 DRUG ENFORCEMENT FUND

§ 2.63.010 Mayor – Powers.

The mayor is authorized to enter into an agreement regulating the administration and use of a drug enforcement fund.

§ 2.63.020 Additional penalty.

The Enumclaw municipal court may impose as an additional penalty in a drug-related or alcohol-related offense an amount up to $50.00 which amount shall be deposited to the drug enforcement fund.
