City of Enumclaw, WA Chapter 19.20 DEDICATION OF STREETS AND HIGHWAYS

§ 19.20.010 Required for certain building permits.

No building or structure shall be erected, relocated, expanded or altered in the amount specified in Chapter 12.18 EMC without complying with the provisions of Chapter 12.18 EMC, Dedication, Improvement and Maintenance.

§ 19.20.020 Rezone, variance and conditional use permit.

The city, in granting any change of zone, conditional use permit, or variance, may, as a condition of the same, require the dedication and improvement of street right-of-way in accordance with the comprehensive plan and the city's standards for streets.
