The Crossroads Commercial District is identified for areas which have historically provided rural commercial services to residents in the rural areas. The purpose of the Crossroads Commercial District is to provide for small, concentrated land areas intended for retail sales of convenience goods and service to persons residing within a neighborhood trade or service area. District uses are designed as infill uses to complement the service area and uses without expanding the uses outside the designated area.
